Awarded “Women Business Enterprise of the Year 2016” by The Women’s Business Council Southwest: This award is given each year to a woman who demonstrates business acumen, industry leadership and community service, as well as a commitment to partnering with other women based enterprises. The national WBENC is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the U.S. and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs. The WBENC certification standard is the most relied upon certification of women-owned businesses.

Peck Training Group (PTG) was named by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the “Top 100 Largest Women-Owned Businesses” in Dallas Ft Worth. The President of PTG, Holly St John Peck said “It was an honor to be recognized by the Journal, and I can’t believe how our firm has grown over the past 20 years, and even persevered through some tough economies when companies cut budgets and therefore their people development”  Fortunate for PTG in that their specialities are the very skills that firms need to grow their high potential talent and increase their bottom line, especially in tough times.

Ener-training! “Energize and Engage your Participants to Ensure Learning” Holly’s presentation at ATD SW Learning Symposium a success again this year! The 80-minute presentation was a synopsis of the 2-day Ener-training program on dynamic train-the-trainer skills. Some of the participant comments by fellow trainers and training managers were:

There was standing room only in her session,and the attendees rated her speech a perfect 100% in all four categories! The 45 minute presentation was a synopsis of the new 1-day training program.
