Advancing Your Leadership and Communication Skills

Designed to provide highly targeted instruction that builds on individual strengths and minimizes weaknesses to generate measurable improvements in leadership and communication. Topics range from Executive Presence to Political Savvy to Authentic, Assertive Communication. Principles from best-selling books are introduced, including Start With Why by Simon Sinek, Survival of the Savvy by Dr. Rick Brandon, What Got You Here Won’t Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith, EQ 2.0 by Travis Bradberry, and Leading with Questions by Michael Marquardt.

Package includes 9 coaching sessions, each one hour in length. Format optimizes results with three weekly coaching sessions followed by one week off before beginning again.

Influence others through Presentation/Speaking Skills

Designed to strategically improve a person’s development and delivery of powerful presentations; customized to leverage each individual’s unique communication style while building the skills and confidence for consistent success. Principles from dynamic, well-known speakers are introduced, including icons like Steve Jobs, Guy Kawasaki, Tony Robbins, Ronald Reagan, Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield, Dr. Stephen Covey, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, and Zig Ziglar.

Package includes pre-session eLearning module, a private half-day session with video-recorded practices and review, and a virtual follow-up session for rehearsal and fine-tuning of an upcoming presentation.

How we Track and Measure Coaching

Coach Accountable is an all-in-one solution that gives coaches the structure they need to help clients stay on track and meet their goals. Through Coach Accountable, professional coaches have a complete system set in place so their clients can hit their goals easily. Its features allow coaches to create effective individual and group programs that comes with action steps, status updates, and reminders so you and your client can always stay on the same page. The action steps make it easy for your clients to know what to do at every stage of the coaching process and the metrics feature provides a “scoreboard” to keep them disciplined. It’s also a confidential place to exchange and store private emails and share coaching notes as well as training tools and worksheets from each session.
