Founded in Dallas by Holly St John Peck, Peck Training has been developing leaders since 1995. Our approach centers on the 3 Ps of Leadership: Presentation Skills, People Leadership, and Political Savvy. Together, these are the skills that move talented professionals from strong individual contributors to trusted, respected leaders.

We help high-potential leaders shift from purely analytical thinking ("left brain") to a more balanced, relationship-driven style ("right mind"). The result is leaders who communicate with confidence, build alliances, and navigate organizational dynamics with skill.

For more than 30 years, we have delivered training in 34 countries across six continents: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. This experience gives us a practical understanding of cultural differences and allows us to tailor programs to diverse, international audiences.

We have worked with organizations in 15 corporate industries, including Construction, Finance, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, and Telecom. We also serve government agencies, nonprofits, universities, and university graduate schools.

Headquartered in Texas, Peck Training partners with experienced facilitators and executive coaches based in Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City. Together, we deliver consistent, high-quality programs for organizations locally, nationally, and around the world.
