Alison has specialized in Human Resources Training and Development since 1991. Her extensive experience includes training delivery in leadership development skills, as well as executive coaching, meeting facilitation, and teambuilding – using tools such as the MBTI and the DiSC assessments. She has worked with all employee levels, ranging from engineers to sales people to executives from all over the world.  Her goal is to partner with leaders by listening intently to their challenges in the workplace and develop the skills needed with positive and constructive feedback.

Alison holds training certifications from Ridge Associates, Interactive Associates, Franklin Covey, Blessing White, Personnel Decisions International, Zenger Miller, IOWEU International, Brandon Partners, Learning Times as a CSTP/Certified Synchronous Training Professional for leading interactive training webinars and ROI Executive Coaching.

She has coached executives to prepare for presentations, create development plans, prepare for advancement, improve communication skills. and has given 360-degree feedback. As a facilitator, she has worked on projects on a long-term basis that have dramatically changed corporate cultures in large organizations. She exceeds expectations in the classroom with consistent excellent evaluation scores.

Alison earned a BA in Psychology and certification in the Secondary Education Program at the University of Iowa, and she is a member of ATD and APT. Alison’s natural zest for life, education and personal growth extends beyond the corporate environment to her children’s education and community with a special focus on women that are ready to thrive.
