Pat has extensive experience having served as the Organizational Development Executive in several large organizations. She has been a professional coach and facilitator for numerous multi-national companies ranging from higher education to manufacturing; from healthcare to technology. Her roles included 1:1 coaching with executives, facilitating the development of middle and upper management teams, designing and implementing curriculum for leadership development, and leading customer satisfaction programs and process improvement initiatives. She has provided coaching to all levels of leadership on topics ranging from workplace challenges to organizational savvy. Results included increased job satisfaction, improved productivity, and enhanced quality services.

As an L&D leader for many years in the healthcare industry, Pat developed a reputation as a dynamic and results oriented leader with the ability to establish successful relationships and obtain measurable outcomes. Deploying a collaborative style and team approach, she utilized effective learning and coaching processes to develop both seasoned and emerging leaders.

As an independent coach and facilitator, she has effectively developed high potential leaders and facilitated customized learning programs within corporations such as Nokia, Keurig Dr Pepper, Granite Construction, VMware, Dallas Federal Reserve, Bank of America, UT Rio Grande Valley, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Rogers-OBrien Construction, Dallas Chamber of Commerce, and MasterCard. She is known for her synergistic and caring style while providing assessments, tools, and in-depth conversation addressing her client’s individual expectations, ambitions, and challenges.

She received her BA in Education and Counseling from Texas State University and MA in Leadership Development from Dallas Baptist University. She has served as an adjunct faculty member for the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and facilitated several community leadership programs including Leadership Dallas and Youth Leadership Dallas. She is a certified professional coach, facilitator of numerous nationally recognized training programs, and a seasoned presenter. Her various certifications of training courses and assessments include: Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (Franklin Covey); Inside Out Coaching; The OZ Accountability Principle (Partners in Leadership); Service Plus (DDI); Increasing Personal Effectiveness (Employee Development Systems); Crucial Conversations (Vital Smarts); The Juran Institute; and Inside Out Coaching Assessments include the MBTI, DISC, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Winslow Dynamics Profile and the Center for Creative Leadership 360.
