For 35 years, Holly has helped high-potential leaders build credibility and influence through the 3 P's of Leadership: People Leadership, Presentations, and Political Savvy.

After a decade as a high-tech leader, she founded her global professional development firm in 1995, serving Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies, non-profits, and university graduate programs. Her clients span the world, including Coca-Cola (Africa), Citigroup (Argentina), Cisco (Singapore), Heineken (The Netherlands), Nokia (Finland), and Toyota (America). She is especially passionate about helping women succeed in male-dominated industries.

Holly's coaching draws on internationally certified programs built on best-selling books. She is currently completing an MBA in Strategic Leadership (expected summer 2027) to deepen her work with corporate executives.

Beyond the boardroom, Holly guides young widows navigating their grief to find joy again. She also teaches kitesurfing, a top-10 extreme sport, to help women overcome fear and build confidence in every part of life.
