Genevieve DaVy

PARK CITY, UTAH

Genevieve has more than 25 years experience in leadership and organizational development. She has successfully delivered programs and conducted initiatives in the United States, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe and Japan. Over the course of her career, Genevieve has helped over 2500 leaders through delivering over 500 workshops and coaching over 200 individuals. She currently focuses on leadership development and coaching. Her clients have included: ACT, Alliance Bernstein, Auto Desk, Chubb, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Crimson Hexagon, Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., Deutsche Bank, Discover, Marsh, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, PPG Industries, Sunovion, Visiting Nurse Services of New York, White and Case, and Wells Fargo.

Prior to starting her consulting practice, Genevieve spent nine years with Citigroup. There, she held various roles including serving as an internal consultant to senior business heads in the corporate and investment bank as well as managing the leadership development curriculum for North America. She was also on the coaching faculty for Citigroup’s senior-most leadership program sponsored by the CEO. Before her Citigroup tenure, Genevieve spent 3 years with Prudential Securities as a senior trainer where she delivered all of their management development programs. Genevieve also spent 5 years with a division of the May Department Stores.

She received a BS degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College - Columbia University. Genevieve enjoys skiing and mountain biking in her free time. She and her husband have two children and they live in Park City, Utah.
