Christy Kercheville

Christy discovered her passion for developing others after teaching her first new hire class 25 years ago. It was at that time she committed to developing a career in training and mentoring others. Christy strives to make a difference for people through skills development and coaching.

Her training career began in a service and sales call center in telecommunications. She taught a 6-week new hire curriculum for 5 years. It was during this time that Christy became certified in the Achieve Global service and leadership programs. Christy then gained years of experience managing training, and hiring and developing trainers. She knows firsthand what makes learning experiences successful for participants at all levels in an organization. One of her biggest challenges was to create and implement a training curriculum for 1000 new hires in a twelve-month period across multiple locations. She met that challenge head on with her creative problem solving abilities, flexibility, and calm demeanor.

Over the past 17 years, Christy has created her own success through consulting and facilitating a variety of sales, service, and leadership development programs at Fortune 500 companies. All of her training business has developed through referrals and relationship building. Her experience includes training for many Fortune 500 companies in high-tech, transportation, oil and gas, telecommunications, beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial. Facilitating workshops in the UK, Europe, China, Australia, Singapore, Venezuela, Mexico, and Canada has developed her understanding of cultural differences. Her audiences range from front line union employees to top executives in organizations. Christy has a specialty in presentation skills. She has worked with thousands of leaders in organizations to improve their presence and speaking skills at conferences, meetings, and trade shows. She has prepared speakers participating in the Mobile World Congress to those that are championing messages or training in the organization. Christy is also a certified Executive Coach and works with many leaders one on one using a return on investment process approved through the International Coaching Federation.

Christy also facilitates Process Improvement training, which allows her to get exposure to day-to-day practices within organizations. Christy truly partners with customers to gain an understanding of their challenges in order to recommend the best solutions. She gets feedback regularly on her ability to remain calm in the most stressful situations with clients. She has been involved in custom design and led large training events and projects.

Christy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is master certified in Achieve Global leadership and service, Impact Learning Systems service programs, MBTI, DISC, Executive Coaching, High Efficiency Sales, through DEI, and a variety of training programs with Omega, Forum, and Learning International.
